
What is Coaching?
In a nutshell, I work with students and adults to identify what is working well in their lives and what areas need strengthening. I support my clients as they identify goals, build action plans and develop systems to move them closer toward their goals.
Coaching is an inquiry-based and thought-provoking process that utilizes creativity, accountability, and strategies to inspire the client. A partnership between the coach and client develops to maximize the client's potential.


What is an ADHD Coach?
Built on the core fundamentals of life coaching, ADHD Coaching has a higher level of accountability and a greater focus on building skills, structure, and strategies (time-management, organizational, self-advocacy, etc.).
My role is to support the client in all areas of life -professional, academic, social, emotional - and to EMPOWER you, not enable you.
Coaching consists of a collaboration between the client and coach to help move forward with the client's agenda -whatever it might be.
